I have installed the audio driver successfully and it works fine.
However, I had tried installing different versions of 3D driveguard, but the computer would show blue screen error: inaccessible boot device again after restarting.

Following (1) solution would show blue screen error: inaccessible boot device after restarting .
I had tried (2) solution but nothing happened.
The currcent situation is just like this picture again: The current version 6.0.10.1 is disabled.
Would you have other suggestions?
Maybe i need to give up, because it is just a little problem and would not affect the computer performance.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this works...
Download and run the AMD graphics driver from your notebook's support page.

If you have already done this, and did not delete the driver folder that was created, skip the above step.
Go to the device manager and click on the AMD graphics adapter with the ! mark next to it.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the graphics driver file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp72646.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
Then restart the PC.
The graphics driver on your notebook's support page should have worked because here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file, which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted...

You're very welcome.
The only other suggestion I can offer would be to see if this works.
Uninstall any 3D driveguard driver/software you installed and restart the PC so you get back to the device being listed as unknown.
Download, but do not run this 3D driveguard driver.

Download and install this free file utility. The 2nd link on the page is for 64 ibt.
After you install 7-zip, right click on the unknown 3D driveguard device needing the driver.
Select 7-zip from the menu. Have 7-Zip Extract to: and let it extract the file into its driver folder (sp71839).
After that is done, go to the device manager and click on the unknown device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that 7-Zip created.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs without incident.
Restart the PC.
If that fails to work, then I would forget it.
The only thing that does is to park the hard drive heads before the PC hits the floor or is bumped.
If your luck is like mine, you would be dropping the notebook from a height where the 3 D driveguard couldn't help anyway.
Upgrading to the latest BIOS has mostly fixed this issue. The keyboard now rarely deactivates when turned on its side. (It still does occasionally, but very infrequently compared to before, and if you move it around a little it fixes itself.)

The situation is right now the Laptop HP pavillon G62-358 came with preloaded with WIN7 home 32 bits the 25 heys letter are on the sticker back on the laptop my computer fall on the ground the hard disk failled i replace the HD disk by a WD Blue 1.OTB plus a memory stick +2 gb (total memory 4+2)also i buy a OEM WIN 7 PRO 64 bits with a 25 key number i trye to load Win7

i understand i must reload Win 7 32bits before upgrade as i have no Backup wath wil be the best way is it to contact HP for reload win7 home 32 bits my network is not working but right now i have two other HP laptop one G6 Win 7 pro and one HP 15-ab292nr Win 10.

My laptop was originally equipped with a SSD for cash operation "LITE-ON IT LSS-32L6G-HP", from the beginning I had a problem, exactly after installing Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) the SSD will disappear from computer drives (which is normal because it should perform as a cash) the abnormal part is that I am facing "incompatible" message and warnings in IRST:
I read that updating the SSD firmware can solve this issue but I couldn't find any firmware related to this hardware! not even an old version.
I would appreciate if you upload this firmware or give any other solution.
Yeah ... I understand ... but don't be surprised if the MS compatibility checker finds you can't run Win10.
It has troubles with lots of Win7 machines, so it's unlikely to work on anything older than that.

I did Method 2 Microsoft Download Center and chose all supported x64 based versions of Windows 7. When I run it, it says "Searching for updates on this computer" and then says "The update is not applicable to your computer".

It helps to give as much info as possible like what operating system is installed.
Its hard to say what would cause such an issue.
If its still in warranty, contact HP Support directly. Do not attempt to break open the case.
If not in warranty...
Have you tried connecting an external keyboard to see if those same keys respond to the program you are using?
IF an external does not work also, there is something in Windows or your program not working correctly.
There are a couple of things you can try that may or may not work.
If an external works, its a physical problem.
IF you have to replace the keyboard, the model number is: 749658-001
