Cursor jumping to the bottom of the screen

My cursor keeps jumping to the bottom of the screen. It happens when I use my mouse or when I use my track pad as well. 
I have install and uninstall the drivers a few times and it hasn’t worked. 
It happens when I’m browsing internet (all browsers), working on excel, working on word, photoshop, illustrator. Basically anything I try to do gets impossible because the cursor keeps jumping to the bottom of the screen. This can happen from 7 times per minute to so often that I I don’t even have time to select a cell on excel. 
i need urgent help as working on the computer is just plainly impossible at the moment.
