forgotten password for hp Envy x2!
I haven't used my Envy x2 in a while and I've forgotten my password for initial prompt. How can I reinitialize the computer to get a new password? Thank you!

Not sure what you mean by "initial prompt" ? Is it a power-on password or the Windows logon password?
