my dv5 won't start

Yesterday I try to turn on my pc and a screen fully gray appeared and got stuck.
When I tried to hold the power to off it, it didn't off ! So I had to take of the power plug ( im not using battery from long time) and when I tried to reboot it, it's just dead ! Won't start, no lights , nothing!
Any suggestions?
