dear I by used hp 6730b and when I power on I got :
user id : Byggeplass
domain : BYGGEPLASS-PC
Enter Password :
and then when I entered password 3 times its gave me messege :
authentication failed system locked press the power button to restart the system
there is no 8 digit code

please help me
