Thanks for replyig my question I really appreciate it :)
I kinda figured out that this is the right thing to do all along , I already sent it to the local hp support since I still have warranty .
I thought I should ask in case I encounter something like this in the future , I'm not completely a newbie ... I always knew how to fix partitioning issues but not like this one ... I really don't know any thing when it comes to this UEFI stuff .
