I grasp that after doing a recovery you are getting the error "RStoneFUpdate.ini file not found".
Did you disconnect everything before doing the recovery? Is the wireless on or off?
I would test the hardware and then redo the recovery. Testing for Hardware Failures (Windows 7, Vista)
