I'm sorry that you're having this issue with your Envy system.
If you created the BIOS Recovery key from the SoftPAQ and the BIOS still does not recover, please make sure that you power on the system with the USB key plugged directly in to the computer (not into a USB hup or port replicator). It this still doesn't work, it may be that your system has an unrecoverable error such as a corrupted boot block, hardware issue, etc. If this is the case, you should contact the HP Support team in your country / region and they can let you know what your options are for service.
