Why don't recovery disks come with the computer? I'm on my second HP laptop in four months. The computer just goes out. I use it for school and both times I lost all my work. The first time I got to exchange it at the store. Only lasted me two Weeks! Seems like HP might not include their recovery disk because they know (or intend) to have the computers fail. That would be a Nice chunk of change in recovery disk profits. I loved my hp printer and camera and lap top but will never buy anything hp again. I want a company that can stand behind their product. A warranty is a warranty.
