Want factory reset on HP dm4-3050us with partitions that have been converted to dynamic

I created a partition to dual boot but with the partitions already included by HP my newly created partition made 5 total, which converted all partitions to dynamic.  I want to do a factory reset but booting from the Recovery parition is no longer allowed with dynamic.  I've even tried holding F11 at start up to initiate the recovery process but I get the following:

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart you computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "next"
3. Click "repair your computer"
If you don't have this disc, contact.........

What are my options at this point?  I've also installed EaseUS partition converter but during the conversion process from dynamic to basic there is an error and I'm afraid at this point to click yes, keep going with the conversion.

The recovery partition is still intact just not accessible and it's beyond frustrating.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like a problem that should not exist.
