Update:

i was following the steps on the video i posted but i was not able to log in to desktop. I tried looking at my files on the system recovery options window but i did not find the file that says on the video to delete. (bootcat.cache)

This is what my blue screen says when i boot windows normally, it shows it for one second after the windows loading bar then it takes me back to the beginning screen.

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent
damage to your computer.

PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly
installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components. Restart
your computer, press f8 to select advanced startup options and then
select safe mode.

Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x0000006B (0xC0000 ,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x00000000)

I can't read the last 3 numbers on the code after the first parenthesis so i didnt type them here. But thats what i was able to read.

Im stuck and i dont know where to go from here. Please help.
