I can't contact Online Consumer Support since my warranty has expired one month ago; and I am not good with computer also. I wonder that If I reinstall windows7 by using a windows7 Home Premium disc, will the HP Recovery softwall be installed again? If It can't be, is there any way I can get a physical Recovery Disc from HP?
I wish that I can find this website before this happened so that I can create a back up Recovery Disc.
