Since you didn't mention the operating system, I will have to presume you have a 64 bit Windows 7. If you made a Windows 7 64BIT Repair Disk, use it to start the computer. Otherwise ask someone with a Windows 7 64 BIT Windows 7 computer to make a repair CD. If your model has a 32 bit Windows 7 for some reason, or if you "upgraded" to Windows 8 ask for the appropriate Windows repair disk. Start from there. If that solves your problem make 2 copies of the repair disk and don't forget to make a system image of your installation on an external disk or dual layer DVDs when the PC is back in shape.
